Human rights are to be guaranteed by states, groups of states, natural and legal persons. However, they are continuously in peril. Hence, they need defenders who are acquainted with the meaning of human rights.
For this reason, Amnesty International organizes its second edition of the Academy of human rights in Brussels (“Académie des droits humains”), which will take place from the 5th of February until the 14th of March 2019, twice a week.
Nicolas Bonbled has the honour to be invited to teach a class with regard to the history and philosophical foundations of human rights.
